Word to PDF Converter

PDF is what people ask for when a document must look the same everywhere: job applications, invoices, signed forms and college submissions. Most online Word-to-PDF tools upload your document to a server; AllConverter reads the DOCX and lays out the PDF locally, so a contract or CV stays private.

How to convert DOCX to PDF

  1. 1Drop your .docx file onto the converter above.
  2. 2Pick PDF as the output format.
  3. 3Convert and download — the PDF is written on your device.

Things worth knowing

  • Text, headings and paragraph structure carry over. Complex multi-column layouts and embedded charts are simplified.
  • Older .doc files should be re-saved as .docx in Word or Google Docs first.
  • Need to merge the PDF with others or add a signature afterwards? Use the PDF Suite.

DOCX to PDF — frequently asked questions

Does formatting stay the same?

Text content, paragraph breaks and reading order are preserved. Exact fonts, page-level styling and floating images may differ, because the PDF is regenerated from the document content rather than rendered by Word.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. AllConverter runs the whole conversion inside your browser tab using WebAssembly and the Canvas API. Your file never travels over the network, which you can confirm by watching your browser's Network tab while you convert.

Is there a file size or daily limit?

There is no daily cap and no account. The only practical limit is your device's memory, since the file is processed locally — very large videos are the one case where a desktop browser handles the job far better than a phone.
