Requests for new formats, bug reports and partnership enquiries are all welcome. Because conversions run locally, we cannot see your files — so when reporting a problem please describe the source format, the target format and the options you selected.
We read everything and usually reply within two working days.
Before you write
If a media conversion never finishes, check that the tab stayed open and that the file is under roughly 500 MB — the browser holds the whole job in memory.
If an AVIF or WebP export is refused, your browser may not include that encoder. Convert to PNG or JPG instead, or try a current version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
