Privacy policy

Your files
AllConverter converts files entirely inside your web browser. The file you select is read into your device's memory by JavaScript running on this page, converted there, and offered back to you as a download. It is never uploaded to our servers or to any third party, and we therefore have no ability to read, copy, store or share it. Closing or refreshing the tab discards everything.
Information we collect
We do not require accounts, and we do not ask for personal information to use the converter. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) for security and reliability. If you email us, we keep that correspondence to answer you.
Cookies and advertising
This site may display advertising supplied by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices. Where required by law, a consent banner is shown before non-essential cookies are set.
Third-party resources
Media conversion loads a WebAssembly build of FFmpeg from a public content delivery network the first time you convert audio or video. That request delivers program code to your browser; your file is not part of it. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Children
AllConverter is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Because we hold almost none, such requests are usually answered quickly. Write to hello@allconverter.app.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
