Meeting notes, rescued
Scan a whiteboard without the glare
A crooked, washed-out board photo becomes a square, bright, readable image in a couple of seconds — straightened, evened out and ready to drop into the meeting notes.
Why scan here
Nothing leaves the phone
Contracts, IDs and receipts are processed in the tab — no upload, no account.
GPU page detection
Edges are found on your graphics chip, so the outline tracks the page live.
Searchable output
Scans become PDFs whose text you can select, copy and search.
How it works
- 1
Stand square to the board
Get the whole board in frame. Shooting from an angle is fine — the perspective is corrected for you.
- 2
Capture with the whiteboard filter
The whiteboard look is preselected: it pushes the background to clean white and keeps marker colours readable.
- 3
Fix the corners if needed
Tap the page and drag the four handles onto the board frame for a perfectly square crop.
- 4
Share it
Export a PNG or JPG for chat, a PDF for the meeting notes, or plain text if the handwriting is neat enough to read.
Common questions
Does it remove glare and shadows?
The whiteboard filter normalises lighting across the board, which removes most soft shadows and evens out uneven lighting. A hard specular reflection from a window still needs a small change of angle.
Can it read handwriting?
Clear block writing often works with the text export. Cursive and rushed handwriting are unreliable for any recogniser, so the image or PDF is usually the better keepsake.
Can I capture several boards?
Yes — keep capturing and each board becomes another page in the same PDF, in the order you choose.
